Of course, even after a decade the good old grandfather Punkrock conducts the chapel with a racing baton. The title track The Night My Friend does not leave the slightest doubt about that. Serum 114 takes the listener off the first beat and takes him on a wild ride through the night, into the day. In all these years, Serum 114 has kept the most important thing: Does it call ineptitude, does it call it a rebellion, or is it still punkrock? It does not matter, it's authentic.
